Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All orders $85+ will be shipped for FREE via standard ground shipping (3-5 business days).  The shipping cost for orders below $85 and orders with expedited shipping will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping location.  Our available shipping options and delivery times are shown below.

• USPS First Class Package (3-7 business days)
• UPS Overnight (next day)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays caused by the carrier can occasionally occur.
 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  Please note, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
 

Shipment Damages

Glimmer Wish is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
