Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Glimmer Wish. If, for any reason, you are not glimmering with joy, then we'd like the opportunity to make it right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@glimmerwish.com. In your email, include your order number and the email address of the original purchaser. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from www.glimmerwish.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send products back to Glimmer Wish. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Glimmer Wish reserves the right to limit returns if abuse of our amazing return policy is suspected, such as in the case of excessive returns or fraud.

Damages or Errors
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send your order number, the email address of the original purchaser, as well as a photo of the issue in an email to hello@glimmerwish.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you within 5 business days once your return has been processed and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for your product purchase on your original payment method. Original shipping charges and shipping protection, if applicable, are non-refundable.
